Senior Advisor, Exchange & Listings

Exchange Practice

Lead mandates with centralized exchange operators and token issuers across Asia. Work alongside the founder on the firm's most senior listings and liquidity programs.

What you will do
  • —Run end-to-end listings and liquidity mandates from intake to live
  • —Negotiate maker/taker economics, rebates, and MM term sheets
  • —Author market-structure memoranda and chair post-launch reviews
  • —Maintain the firm's independence standard on every recommendation
What we look for
  • —10+ years across crypto exchanges, market making, or institutional digital-asset advisory
  • —Working command of APAC venue landscape (MAS, SFC, FSA, FSC regimes)
  • —Discretion, written precision, and a preference for fewer, deeper clients
  • —APAC or remote-friendly work authorisation

Associate, Market Making & Liquidity

Liquidity Desk

Support the liquidity desk on MM panel construction, term-sheet benchmarking, and post-launch KPI oversight for issuers and venues across APAC.

What you will do
  • —Diligence market makers and benchmark term-sheet economics
  • —Build spread / depth / uptime monitoring against KPI thresholds
  • —Track APAC venue rule changes (MAS, SFC, FSA, VARA)
  • —Coordinate with venues on rebate-tier design and listings reviews
What we look for
  • —5+ years at a crypto exchange, market maker, OTC desk, or quant trading firm
  • —Direct experience with order-book microstructure or MM operations
  • —Comfort writing for sophisticated, non-technical principals
  • —Clean compliance record; full background check required
