Write for Xavion Capital.
We welcome guest contributions from practitioners — bankers, compliance officers, payments specialists, lawyers, founders and advisers who have actually done the work they write about. If you have real knowledge of cross-border banking, high-risk payments or international structuring, we would like to publish it under your name.
Topics our readers come for
Cross-border banking & EMIs
Account opening, refusals and recoveries, safeguarding, multi-currency operations, non-resident banking and the practical side of compliance reviews.
High-risk payments
Merchant accounts, acquiring, gateways, rolling reserves, chargeback management, MATCH and sector-specific processing (travel, supplements, adult, iGaming and similar).
Company formation & structuring
Jurisdiction comparisons, holding and operating structures, economic substance, restructuring and the banking consequences of each choice.
Crypto & market structure
CASP banking, token treasury operations, market making oversight, exchange access and licensing regimes such as MiCA.
Residency & citizenship
Investment migration, programme changes, and how residency and citizenship decisions interact with banking and tax residency.
Regulatory analysis
What new rules actually require of businesses, with citations to official sources. Practitioner takes beat press-release summaries.
What we expect, and what you get
Original work only
Your article must not be published anywhere else, and it must be written by a person. We check, and we decline spun or AI-generated submissions.
Substance over word count
Most accepted pieces run 1,200 words or more because the topics demand it, but a tight 800-word piece that says something real beats a padded 2,000-word one.
Cite official sources
Claims about regulation, licensing or policy need a link to the regulator, statute or official guidance. Unsourced claims get edited out or the piece gets declined.
One contextual link
Accepted contributors get one dofollow link inside the article where it genuinely helps the reader, plus an author credit. We do not publish link-dense promotional pieces, and we do not accept casino, payday-loan or essay-mill placements at any price.
Editorial control
We edit for clarity, accuracy and house style, and we decide the headline, publication timing and internal links. Factually wrong or misleading pieces are declined outright.
No payment either way
We neither charge for publication nor pay for contributions. The exchange is simple: your expertise for our audience and a proper author credit.
Email your contribution idea
Send a short pitch — your topic, the angle, three or four bullet points of what the article will cover, and a line about who you are — to info@xavioncapital.com with the subject line starting "Contribution:". Finished drafts are welcome too, as plain text or a document link.
We reply to every serious pitch, usually within five working days. If your piece is accepted, we will agree an edit with you before anything goes live, and your author credit and contextual link stay with the article permanently.
Xavion Capital publishes guest contributions at its editorial discretion. Publication of a guest article does not constitute an endorsement of the author's firm, products or services, and contributed content is general information, not legal, tax or investment advice.
