Why business USDT to EUR conversions get blocked
Most refusals happen after the exchange, not during it. A bank sees a large SEPA credit from an exchange it does not know, cannot see the history of the coins, and holds or returns the payment. Repeated incoming transfers from different exchanges, personal wallets mixed with company funds, or volumes far above what the account was opened for are common triggers.
The fix is structural: hold the stablecoins and the EUR, GBP or USD balances with an institution that understands both sides, so conversion happens inside one relationship with a recorded rate. Where that is not possible, an account whose provider has approved crypto-derived income in advance is the next best route. Retail exchange accounts in a director's name are not a substitute for a company off-ramp.
