Your gaming licence and your bank account, built together.

Xavion coordinates iGaming licensing with local providers and builds the banking and payment file in parallel, so your licensed entity can actually be onboarded.

Most iGaming founders treat the licence and the bank account as two separate projects. They pay for a licence, form the company, and only then start applying to banks and payment providers, often discovering that the structure they chose is one nobody will onboard. Xavion runs licensing and banking as a single project. We work with licensed local providers and gaming counsel to obtain the licence, and in parallel build the banking and payment file so the new entity has realistic account options from the day the licence is issued.

Short answer

Does Xavion issue gaming licences?

No. Licences are issued only by gaming regulators. We coordinate the application with licensed local corporate service providers and gaming counsel and manage the banking side in parallel.

  • Can you get me a bank account guaranteed with the licence: No adviser can guarantee an account. We build the file to the standard specialist banks and EMIs expect and approach institutions that currently accept your licence and markets, which improves the odds but never removes…
  • Which licence do you recommend: It depends on your target markets, payment methods, budget and timeline. We recommend a licence only after mapping where players are and how they pay, because that drives which banks and PSPs will accept you.
  • I already have a licence but no bank account. Can you help: Yes. Many clients come to us after rejections. We review the licence, structure and compliance file, fix what underwriters object to, and approach the providers that fit.

Step one: market and payment mapping

We start with where your players are and how they pay. That determines which licence is necessary, which payment rails are realistic, and which countries must be blocked. A crypto-first casino serving markets without a local regime has very different needs from a sportsbook that needs card acquiring in regulated markets. This step often saves founders from paying for the wrong licence.

Step two: licence and structure

We recommend a licence (Curaçao, Anjouan, Malta, Isle of Man, Kahnawake or another regime) and a corporate structure that the licensing authority and the banks will both accept. That may include a licensed operating company, a separate payment or services entity, and a holding company. Every element must have a genuine commercial reason; structures that exist only to hide the gambling activity from banks fail.

Step three: compliance file

Banks and regulators ask for overlapping documents: UBO identity and source of wealth, a business plan, AML and KYC policies, responsible-gambling policy, restricted-country list, platform and supplier contracts, and player-fund handling. We prepare these once, to a standard that satisfies both, so the regulator review and bank onboarding run in parallel instead of in sequence.

Step four: banking and payment rails

Once the file is ready, we approach the banks, EMIs, gaming PSPs and crypto providers that currently accept your licence type and markets. We aim for more than one relationship, so a single account review does not stop operations. Expect underwriters to ask follow-up questions; we handle that correspondence with you.

What we will not do

We do not promise licences or accounts, we do not disguise gambling as another business, and we do not structure for markets where online gambling is prohibited for the players you want to reach. That discipline is why the files we build get approved and stay open. Xavion Capital works alongside licensed corporate service providers and local gaming counsel in each jurisdiction. We coordinate the licence application, the company structure and the banking file as one project, so the entity that receives the licence is also one a specialist bank or EMI can onboard. No adviser can guarantee a licence or an account, and regulator fees and rules change, so every figure is confirmed with the regulator at the time of filing.
