High-value international sales and crypto receipts need clear banking. Xavion reviews provenance, counterparties and settlement needs in a free consultation.

High-value international sales can involve multiple currencies, unusual payment timing and customers whose wealth needs to be understood. Xavion helps luxury goods businesses assess operating banking and documented crypto-to-fiat settlement. Tell us what you sell, who owns the inventory, where buyers and suppliers are located and how payments arrive. The consultation is free and focuses on institution matching, not a promise that every luxury transaction will be accepted.

Xavion provides account-placement assistance, not the banking, custody or payment service itself. The account-holding institution reviews the business and confirms its products and terms. International founders can enquire from Europe, Southeast Asia or the UAE; residence, incorporation and operating markets are assessed separately. An initial enquiry is not approval and does not require confidential identification documents.

Short answer

Which luxury businesses can request a review?

Dealers and commercial intermediaries can enquire with a clear description of goods, ownership, provenance and buyers. Watches, jewellery, vehicles and other high-value goods are reviewed individually, not treated as automatically eligible categories.

  • Can a luxury business accept crypto payments: We assess documented crypto receipts and conversion for business sales. The account institution confirms the payer, assets, networks and limits it can support.
  • Can I hold buyer deposits in this account: That depends on who legally owns the money and the applicable rules. Company revenue, conditional buyer deposits and client money are not interchangeable.
  • Will the consultation cost anything: The initial case review is free and points you toward a suitable institution. Any paid engagement is agreed separately. Xavion assists with placement but does not issue the account or operate the conversion service.

Explain the product, provenance and seller role

A watch dealer, jewellery business, vehicle trader and art intermediary have different transaction evidence. Identify whether your company owns inventory, acts as an agent or holds customer deposits pending delivery. Explain how goods are sourced, valued and delivered, including consignment arrangements and sales made through intermediaries.

Supporting information may include supplier records, authenticity or provenance documents, purchase and sale invoices, insurance and shipment records. Cash-intensive activity, third-party payers and unusually large transactions should be disclosed early. A luxury brand description is not a substitute for explaining the underlying goods and why the buyer pays your company.

Match currency accounts to purchase and sale contracts

A business may sell in dollars, buy inventory in euros and pay staff in sterling. A suitable arrangement can be reviewed for USD, EUR and GBP balances and local payment routes, with SWIFT or international payouts confirmed for the destinations involved. Compare receiving fees, conversion terms, transfer limits and beneficiary-name requirements.

Separate trading receipts, buyer deposits and amounts collected for a consignor. An ordinary operating account is not automatically an escrow or client-money arrangement. If a third party owns the money until delivery or another condition is met, state that clearly. Ask your adviser to establish the required treatment before choosing the account.

Handle crypto-funded purchases with an evidenced settlement path

Crypto receipts can be assessed when the payer, purchase contract, wallet arrangements and conversion route are documented. Ask about the exact asset, network, transaction direction and fiat destination. USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH or SOL support is confirmed for the case; a crypto-friendly product label is not blanket acceptance.

Do not use a replacement account to obscure a buyer’s identity, evade reporting or disguise the source of payment. Stablecoin card spending, where available, is a separate product with its own issuer, limits and permitted use. Neither crypto settlement nor access to a corporate card substitutes for customer due diligence, tax obligations or applicable goods-trading requirements.

Get a banking review before changing payment instructions

Provide the website, legal seller, company country, owners’ residence, inventory type, average and largest sale sizes, customer countries and supplier-payment requirements. Include a brief example showing purchase, ownership, sale, receipt and delivery. Explain whether the business takes cash, crypto or card settlements, and disclose existing account restrictions.

Xavion helps clarify the purpose and evidence, then identifies a suitable institution to approach. The institution performs onboarding and confirms product coverage. We cannot release a frozen balance, resolve a disputed sale or promise universal limits or opening times. The free consultation and any paid placement engagement are separate; share only a business summary at first, not confidential identification documents.
